TJ has built up a network of suppliers across the country enabling them to provide reactive, reliable skip hire services to their customers wherever their projects are taking place.
Many of TJ’s customers are based in the south west and southern regions, but some also operate nationwide, so being able to rely on TJ to organise their skip hire needs regardless of location, is extremely beneficial.
TJ operates their in-house skip hire service throughout Hampshire, as well as parts of West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Dorset. Outside of these counties, TJ has been building relationships with a range of reliable suppliers to ensure that they can still manage their client’s waste disposal needs, even if they are outside of their usual area.
This service is hugely advantageous to customers who have an account with TJ, as it means that they can order all their skips through TJ, rather than having to set up separate accounts with different companies in a number of different regions.
TJ has secured preferential rates with these suppliers to ensure that customers are still getting the best prices possible and excellent value for money. The fact that TJ manages the process from start to finish takes all the pressure off the customer, meaning they can simply submit their request and the rest is done for them, free from any hassle.
Customers who are interested in this service should get in touch to submit their request and we will take it from there. We’ll need to know the size of skip needed (we can advise on this), how long it is needed for and when it’s required. We will contact multiple suppliers from our contacts list in that area to secure the best price, and respond with the best quote and details of availability. Once the customer accepts the quote, we will do the rest.
We will be the customer’s sole point of contact and we’ll stay in touch with the supplier to manage each step and ensure it all goes smoothly. We’ll communicate with the customer via email (and phone if required) about delivery and collection dates, ETAs on delivery day and to provide the waste transfer note after the skip has been removed and the waste disposed of.
TJ’s skip crosshire service is managed by Sales Coordinator, Abbie Spratt. She said:
“When I joined TJ 20 months ago, this was a service that the company was establishing and I was given the opportunity to take responsibility for it, to grow it and make it successful. It has really taken off and we’re now at a point where I’m confident that I can secure our customers a skip almost anywhere in the country at a great price. The convenience of it is great for our clients as it gives them one less thing to worry about whilst undertaking their projects.”
TJ customer John Pateman said:
“I’ve used TJ skips a couple of times now outside their operating area. Both times it has been a really easy experience, with only reputable third party companies used. Skips have arrived on the prearranged date, and on the one occasion when the skip couldn’t be collected on the planned day, Abbie and the team at TJ phoned me, providing regular updates and promptly resolved the problem. Thank you Abbie and the team at TJ for your excellent full skip management service; I shall be using you again very soon.”
This service is open to all – existing TJ account holders, new commercial customers and all domestic customers, so please get in touch to find out more or to request a quote.
