Here’s what Alex, our skip hire expert, has to say about the 12 yard jumbo skip: “Our jumbo skips come in two sizes, the first is this 12 yard jumbo skip. This skip is designed for full house clear-outs or large bulky waste. If you require a larger size, we also stock roll on/off containers.”

TJ Waste’s 12 yard “jumbo” skip is perfect for large projects such as full office or house clearances, as well as a whole host of commercial and construction projects.

A 12 yard skip can hold approximately 120 bin bags of waste and can accommodate a vast range of materials such as metal, wood, plastics, and packaging waste. It’s important to note, however, that skips of this size are not suitable for heavy loads, such as soil, rubble, or concrete, as it will make the skip too heavy to be lifted once full.

Once your skip is full, our skilled and experienced team will remove it efficiently and safely – disposing of your waste in the most effective and environmentally-friendly manner. For further information about hiring a 12 yard jumbo skip or to discuss your requirements in further detail, please get in touch.

Our skip deliveries are carried out between 7am and 6pm unless a specific time slot has been confirmed in advance. Once you’ve booked your skip, you will receive an email from us confirming all the details and providing a contact for any further queries you may have. The skip delivery will usually take between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on your location, accessibility etc.

Whilst we will always endeavour to meet your time requirements, we are unable to guarantee time slots so please don’t bank on it arriving early in the morning. If you definitely need the skip in the morning, we suggest booking it to arrive the day before, or opting for our priority delivery, whereby we will guarantee its arrival by midday for an additional charge of £35.

If your property has limited access or the area that the skip will be going is tight, please consider your availability to be present on the date of delivery. Be sure to let us know ahead of time so we are expecting this and can be prepared for it.

If you need to keep your skip on the road, we will purchase a permit on your behalf. Please be aware that road permits usually take 5 working days, but can take up to 7 working days to obtain, and last for 7 days.
