Check out our guide for more information on the skip sizes we offer.
Here’s what Alex, our skip hire expert, has to say about the 2 yard skip: “The smallest skip in our range is this 2 yard mini skip. This skip is ideally suited for those small garden jobs, or those projects where you need to remove a small amount of concrete or soil, that doesn’t justify the need for our larger grab lorry.”
Our 2 yard skip is the smallest in our range and is ideal for small domestic and garden jobs. This allows for you to easily dispose of waste materials without the need to take regular trips to the tip.
Whether you’re planning a complete overhaul of your garden or you’re getting started on a DIY project, this small open skip will save you time, money, and hassle. Designed for small amounts of household and garden waste, the 2 yard skip can accommodate approximately 20-30 bin bags or 4 full wheelie bins of waste.
Thanks to their compact size, 2 yard skips are relatively easy to position – meaning they can be placed in small gardens and on driveways.
Once your 2 yard skip is full, our skilled and experienced team will remove it efficiently and safely – disposing of your waste in the most effective and environmentally-friendly manner.
For further information about hiring our 2 yard skips, please get in touch. Our dedicated team of experts are always happy to help. Of course, if you’re looking for a skip suitable for a larger project, please explore the other skips we have available.
Our skip deliveries are carried out between 7am and 6pm unless a specific time slot has been confirmed in advance. Once you’ve booked your skip, you will receive an email from us confirming all the details and providing a contact for any further queries you may have. The skip delivery will usually take between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on your location, accessibility etc.
Whilst we will always endeavour to meet your time requirements, we are unable to guarantee time slots so please don’t bank on it arriving early in the morning. If you definitely need the skip in the morning, we suggest booking it to arrive the day before, or opting for our priority delivery, whereby we will guarantee its arrival by midday for an additional charge of £35.
If your property has limited access or the area that the skip will be going is tight, please consider your availability to be present on the date of delivery. Be sure to let us know ahead of time so we are expecting this and can be prepared for it.
If you need to keep your skip on the road, we will purchase a permit on your behalf. Please be aware that road permits usually take 5 working days, but can take up to 7 working days to obtain, and last for 7 days.
