TJ offers new man and van clearance service

TJ Waste is now offering a new man and van managed clearance service to organisations and local authorities in the Hampshire and surrounding areas. We welcome enquiries and bookings from housing associations, property management companies, local authorities and similar, who require property clearance services.

In addition to the property sector, we can also provide this service to commercial waste producers who require an all-in-one managed service to take care of their waste removal job from start to finish.

We will liaise with you to confirm your requirements, then provide a full quote and timescale for the service. Once agreed, we will book you in on a date of your choosing, subject to availability. We are very reliable and well-known in the area, so you can rest assured that we’ll get the job done on the agreed date and timescale.

We will arrive at the site on time, conduct an initial assessment and put a plan into action to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Once complete, we will transport the waste to one of our Materials Recovery Facilities situated in Portsmouth, Southampton or Yapton for sorting and recycling.

We are dedicated to diverting waste from landfill and endeavour to recycle or reuse up to 100% of the waste that we process. We have a variety of recycling routes available to us and work with a range of partner organisations to ensure all waste and recyclable items are directed down the most appropriate and environmentally-friendly routes.

We are also available to act as a subcontractor for other clearance companies in the area – so if your company has an excess of work that you need assistance with, please get in touch.
